Exchanges

Nationwide Delivery

  • The shipping fee for all orders outside of LE1–LE5 (Leicester) postcodes is £8.99
  • Nationwide deliveries are dispatched Tuesday for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on Tuesday qualify for next-day delivery.
  • Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next available dispatch day which will be a Tuesday.
  • For example, orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery.
  • If a delivery is missed, DPD will leave your parcel in a safe place (if one has been specified).
  • If there is no safe place available, DPD will attempt a second delivery.
  • If the second delivery is missed, DPD will destroy the parcel as all products are perishable and cannot be returned to our cutting plant in Leicester.


Generally, we will not leave goods unattended. For example, at the door, on a porch or in a garage, unless specifically requested by the customer.

After the first delivery has failed, we will attempt delivery again the next day.

If your parcel was returned due to an incorrect address or not picked up at the cutting plant during the specified period, you would need to bear the delivery cost for the order to be resent.

In some situations, it may not be possible to deliver your order, including but not limited to:

  • If our driver believes it is unsafe or impractical to approach the property
  • If our driver feels it is dangerous to deliver due to an uncontrolled animal
  • If our driver cannot reach the property due to extreme weather conditions 
  • Equipment failure, mechanical breakdown, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or other reasons beyond our reasonable control 


Delivery Guidelines / Order Status

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also contact you if we need further information.

Please provide your contact number and delivery address accurately during your transaction to ensure delivery to the correct address.

Once your order is approved, we will deliver according to our policies. 

An authorised person aged 16 or over must be at the delivery address at the time of delivery. Goods will only be left with people over the age of 16.

Proof of age and identity may be asked at delivery.

Our drivers will help where possible, but they will not enter your premises. We will only deliver goods to your door.

During busy sale periods, dispatch times for orders may take longer. For reasons beyond our control, please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive. If more than 3 days have passed, please contact us to review the status of your order.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive any damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible and within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the matter efficiently.

Risk, Ownership and Liability

Once we have delivered your order, the ownership of, and risk in, the goods will pass to you.

It is your responsibility to read all the information on the product labels carefully.

If the goods are transferred from the delivery address stated on your order to another address, we will not be liable for any damage to the goods. 

We are not liable for any loss or damage you may incur (directly or indirectly) arising from any delay, failure or other problems relating to our delivery of the goods.
